Blue sky – northern lights

Weather…..Today

Today looks to be largely dry and bright with sunny spells, but also chilly for many. Northern Scotland will continue cloudy with showery rain spreading eastwards through the day, however.

Tonight

Tonight showery spells of rain continue across northern Scotland, perhaps becoming wintry in places. The cloud and rain moves into central areas later. Drier with clear spells in the south.

Saturday

Tomorrow, northern areas will see cloud and rain, wintry over the hills in the far north later on. Southern areas will start dry with sunny spells but a few showers move in from the northwest later.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday

Sunday looks to be dry and sunny for most to start, but clouds will build for the north later. On Monday, there looks to be cloud and patchy rain for many, but turning drier and brighter later. Staying chilly. Tuesday will be breezy with spells of rain developing from the southwest for southern areas. Drier in the north with sunny spells.
